Greetings everyone - I primarily listen to St Paul Police East. In listening to my scanner I will hear either the dispatch or a squad say "go to four". Thats where the listening ends for me. I've tried wild card and various different frequency combinations with no luck. Someone here has to know or have an idea where the answer to this may be. Thanks! - Ange

Yeo, that's a car to car talkgroup, which is called "Channel 4". It has the Service Type of "Law Tac" if your scanner uses Service Types.

Also, be sure you're monitoring Ramsey County Simulcast. Other sites may carry TG 12400 occasionally, but only RCS will have it all the time.
