Starcom 21 Band Plan

Having some issues scanning, getting some talkgroups on a site, others on the site displaying, but not hearing anything over radio. Anyone got the correct band plan, I suspect it to be the issue?

I believe he's trying to do a NAS on a actual radio. Thats the only time you need the correct band plan.

I got a APX100 (TDMA capable). I'm trying to monitor site 1, Dupage. I'm getting some talk groups, others displaying but receiving no traffic. Anyone know of the proper band plan for this site? I'm already aware of the risks involved in NAS, and taking all the proper steps to avoid any issues.

You would be better off asking in one of the Motorola groups on Facebook that subject is very touchy here and even though a lot of people have it. they will not comment on it. I have Starcom in like 5 radios however I did not do my own programming so I couldn't tell you.
