While reviewing Broadcastify recordings from last month, I heard a Des Plaines FD unit calling RED Center on STARCOM21 talkgroup 34061, calling it "RED Ops 1". There was no recorded reply from RED Center.

It currently appears that a good range for (future) RED Center SC21 talkgroups would be 34061-34069. I've only noted encryption on talkgroup 34062 so far, and there hasn't been much traffic on these talkgroups in Broadcastify in the past week or two.
