starnet 80?

I hooked up a base antenna instead of my rubber one and now I am picking up a TG (80) on Starnet. I can not find this in the database. Anyone know who this is?

Thanks, I picked up all kinds distant stuff and couldnt find anything on that. It sounds about right.
