State 3?

This morning I heard some 6A troopers say they where going to "state 3", I can't find that in the DB. Can someone give me an idea where to look?

State 3

CSP State 3, is 154.905. I hear them using that down here when they are working aircraft. In the db under CSP they show a lot of the old vhf frequencies, that are still used occasionally.
