State Police have a 700 trunk license on Anderson Mt [WQVU727] in Newton. I'm about 12 miles away to the south. Is this the future or should I be able to monitor it?

Have you plugged the frequencies into your scanner to see if you can hear anything on the current frequencies listed in the database or the new 700 MHz frequencies you posted?

so far: Catawba TGs [95xx] Forest [51983] and HART [52010] The SID reads: 01FCh-0202.
Iredell now showing up [250xx]. I guess it's time to submit!

The Anderson Mtn.has been online for some time now. One of the earlier sites in the VIPER build out.

It has merely been "refitted" with 700 MHz frequency allocations.

Nice coverage to the south.

In addition, to numerous Catawba and Iredell agenceis, SHP Troop H and E talkgroups are active (Troop F of course).

Check the RadioReference database listings.
