Special alert from NORAD. Be On Lookout for large bellied man with white beard, wearing a red suit and (you guessed it) a hat. Subject vehilce is described as a sleigh accompanied by 8 tiny raindeer; front raindeer possibly using some sort of emergency red lighting or beacon (read 'wacker'). Subject last seen in Virginia going rooftop to rooftop and shouting Merry Xmas to All. Many times suject is entering homes through chimneys. If spotted, do not stop or detain. Contact any agency with subjects last seen location and allow subject to continue spreading good tidings thoughout tonight!!!
