Stearns Fire Tone-Out Wiki Additions

I've been working on Fire Tones for Stearns County over the last couple of days. I added updated tones for Avon, Sartell, and Melrose Ambulance to the wiki page.

They are all confirmed using the tone-out feature on my 396XT. I don't know why Avon and Sartell have new tones. I only heard non-emergency pages on the new Sartell tones so i didn't delete the old ones.

I have several unconfirmed tones that i'm working on before i add them. I can post the unconfirmed tones if anyone wants to help lock them down.

I'll move on to surrounding counties when i have a better lock on Stearns Co.

Dave, I tried to preserve your format...feel free to change it if you like.

May I ask how you are finding out the tone freq? I would like to do the same up here for my county, but don't know how to do so....
