Still on vhf..

Good afternoon. I am over the border in Minnesota and am wondering what vhf channels are still active in Wisconsin.. Looking for those that border our state like St Croix and Pierce counties.. Thanks for any help..

St Croix County - Still analog VHF, in the process of a system upgrade...no further information

Pierce County - Law is P25, everything else is analog
