Oh man - I see where they are all down and have been for about three days. Before that, you could hear OSU feed, but only "clicking" on the SPD/PC side.

I'm getting antsy (sorry but it's true) because this weekend is OSU Homecoming against Nebraska. There is going to be some wild stories come out of this one, I predict!

In any case, the question is: Does anyone know why the feed is down? And, How much longer until it is up?

I do have my little ol'handheld, but I sure love hearing all the action.

Thank you :)

Thank You

Just wanted to say thank you to P.J. I am keeping fingers crossed for good news.

I enjoy hearing the 'funnier' calls. Like ... the person who called to report kids throwing snowballs. During a blizzard.

Or, the inebriated guy who, 'knew his rights,' so when he was kicked out of a bar on the Strip called and wanted to speak to an officer. Guess how that one turned out?

Even last night there was one - couple of fellows wanted to remove a non-city parking boot from a friend's vehicle. They were using a torch. Now, that one, I didn't hear what happened and that's why I love Radio Reference/archives. I can always go back and hear the rest of the story.

Oh man! Biggest story to hit Stilly since the infamous ice rink incident and the right feed is *still* not working! Safety first, 'tho. And the council wants to layoff officers - for pete's sake. Follow breaking story on that with the Stillwater Watchdogs website.

Thank you for getting the feed working again!

Now, let's stop listening (so to speak) and show our support for the SPD by attending the Nov. 15, 2010 City Council meeting. You guys know what an officer's shift is like (after listening to Radio Reference). Stillwater does not need to be losing officers or having SRO's pulled from the schools.
