What are best practice methods to stream my two or three RTL-SDR dongle's audio output that normally goes to my speakers to the Internet so I can access it with a Droid phone app of some sort?
I just use soundwire
Thanks. Does that only work on WiFi around the house or will it also work on Cell Phone Data away on drives and such? I am looking for both solutions.

Fact sheet SoundWire Audio Communication System
Using SoundWire Over WAN
To use SoundWire over a Wide Area Network follow the same steps as for 3G/4G above. For example, your phone may be connected to WiFi at work or at a friend’s house and communicate with the SoundWire Server running at your home.

Or you can use RadioFeed or even Zello
Or even better - you can run them both
RadioFeed offers a lot more features but it's web based. Zello is far more simple but there is an android version which is a plus in your case
You just have to use 2 accounts (one on pc to stream from, and one on your phone to listen to), as main ideia of Zello is not to be a streaming software but only point-to-point "transceiver"![]()
