What are best practice methods to stream my two or three RTL-SDR dongle's audio output that normally goes to my speakers to the Internet so I can access it with a Droid phone app of some sort?

Thanks. Does that only work on WiFi around the house or will it also work on Cell Phone Data away on drives and such? I am looking for both solutions.

Fact sheet SoundWire Audio Communication System

Using SoundWire Over WAN

To use SoundWire over a Wide Area Network follow the same steps as for 3G/4G above. For example, your phone may be connected to WiFi at work or at a friend’s house and communicate with the SoundWire Server running at your home.

Thanks! I am getting the error on the print-screen below. Not quite sure where I change the setting or if I should. I do some satellite decodes that require some special settings. Is this in Windows Control Panel or a menu that I have not seen?

I simply installed and run it, works fine for me, sorry I cannot read the error in the screen shot.

It simply steams audio from your main speaker to the app on your phone/tablet.

You don't seem to have much luck with setting things up hi hi :)

Or you can use RadioFeed or even Zello
Or even better - you can run them both :)
RadioFeed offers a lot more features but it's web based. Zello is far more simple but there is an android version which is a plus in your case

Thanks. Have Zello now installed on PC and phone. Established an account and a channel. Went in on PC to Tools---Options---Audio and selected VB Cable as Recording source and Speakers and output. I can sign in to account on PC. I can sign in to account on Droid phone. I started SDR# and selected VB Cable output with a strong FM commercial broadcast station as a test source. Here's the kicker... if I sign-in on one device it signs me out on the other. Solution?

You just have to use 2 accounts (one on pc to stream from, and one on your phone to listen to), as main ideia of Zello is not to be a streaming software but only point-to-point "transceiver" :)

Thanks. It allowed me to set-up the second account. Still no audio. In the phone app I found my channel and added it and started it. On the PC side I have SDR# playing constant audio to VB Cable and VB cable is the audio input to the Zello Windows 10 PC app that I started and configured. I locked Transmit on the PC app. Is there something I need to do on the phone app besides starting the channel?

Thanks. GOT IT WORKING! Had to stop and re-start and then my phone lit up with audio... It allowed me to set-up the second account. In the phone app I found my channel and added it and started it.
