Stream SDR to cell phone for private strem

Hey everyone I am a newbie to SDR I got me the RTL-SDR Blog V3 anyone know if there is a easy way I can private stream to my android phone when I am on the go? Thanks in advance

i use shoutcast basic(freemium), once you create a free account , set up a station, then go to radio manager, download and install
Shoutcast Server Software DNAS for windows, once installed , run the setup batch file, fill in the needed info (in your radio station profile, settings advance , you'll find your auto hash) when you are done run the server.

I use BUTT to broadcast to the DNAS server
