Streaming from Proscan to Shoutcast

I'm using the Proscan software to control 3 scanners that I have successful got to stream using the Web Server connection that I can go to and monitor my scanners from anywhere I have internet.
I wanted to try out Shoutcast to see how I'd like it and setup the source client tab to the shoutcast server and seem to have everything correct except I keep getting the error "Stream Name Must Contain A Value"... attached image shows this.
What can I be doing wrong or what do I need to input to make it connect to the shoutcast servers?

Thank you Bob, that fixed it and I can now stream my scanner(s) through shoutcast.
One thing seems to be having a issue is my metadata not found on the shoutcast server but it is on the web server I am streaming.
I'm using the same metadata source.

I have all 3 scanners on my web page ...with the metadata on the BCD536HP and the BCD436HP

Is this seem to be a problem others have had using shoutcast ?
The Proscan web server is doing great...
