i can't seem to be able to find software that will let me listen to 2
or more streams simultaneously. with wmp, quicktime, itunes, etc - you
can open 2 or streams in seperate windows, but you only hear the
"active" (in the foreground) one. i could use a couple programs at
once to listen to multiple feeds, and i've done so - however a single
program that could do it would be good. also, i use a mac os x ... but
let me hear about the windows software, too!
Thanks a lot,
Lars

I didn't see you listed winamp as one of the players. Winamp allows multiple instances that will allow you to listen to 2 feeds at once. In the preferences select the box that says allow multiple instances. When opening the 2nd feed, just open winamp and copy and paste the link into the url open box.

To add to Jason's post...you can also set one instance of Winamp to play one stream through the left speaker and the second instance (second stream) through the right speaker. This can help you distinguish between the two feeds more readily and you can easily accomplish this in the EQ settings of each instance of Winamp. You of course can open even more instances if you want to listen to more feeds through additional soundcards/speakers.
