How to turn on rodjer beep? Also how to turn power up to 100 watts on sideband?

Roger beep? Is that a thing on 10m sideband amateur radio?
As for turning up the power, that shouldn't be necessary. According to Stryker's advertising for this radio "Delivers over 100 Watts PEP".

Roger beeps might be a thing on 11m/CB band and some like to use it on GMRS. I've never heard anyone using a Roger Beep on any of the HF amateur bands. You won't make any friends using a Roger beep on 10m SSB.
