SUGGESTION: PDA friendly version of RRDB

I got myself a late Christmas gift: a new T-Mobile Dash with unlimited internet access and all the goodies. I love being able to surf the web from anywhere, anytime and am having great fun finding PDA friendly sites for news, weather, etc. Let me add this - If you've got one and haven't tried Resco Radio and Live Search you are really missing out - these programs have turned my little PDA into my new favorite toy! I spend so much time on the data side that people have to email me to get a hold of me - my phone is never able to receive any voice calls!

Now my suggestion comes after a few minutes of playing around on RR with it last night. It will load the DB pages, but it's a bit slow and hard to navigate because the pages are made for full size computer monitors and not tiny PDA screens. A PDA friendly version would be SO AWESOME.

I've seen other sites that can auto detect if you're on a PDA and redirect you to PDA sized pages so I'm sure the code is out there and can be added (although I'm sure it's not a quick and easy thing to do - being a web developer/novice php programmer myself I understand). But since this is the place for suggestions I figured I have nothing to lose except a few minutes by posting the idea.

If you do decide to run with it, I'd love to beta test!

OK. Y'all are gonna think I've lost it, but bear with me. Read to the end.

I was playing with google reader and accessing the RR forums via RSS. Very cool on the PDA I might add. Well anyway I noticed that it works by converting regular web pages to mobile format on the fly. Very cool, right?
