Summit NJ Police New Freq?

These look they are licensed for Summit, try one of them:
476.0375 - 476.1375 - 476.1625 - 476.1875
Unless someone knows for sure if they changed or were just having problems.
I heard them testing last week on those 476. freqs. with DPL tones but not to much this week . They were using 476.0375 during the early summer along with 478.5375 from Murray Hill with the same 82.5 Pl but no longer .They had issues with Westchester county NY with those 476. freqs.
Not sure if Summit will use the same frequency for dispatching New Providence and Berkeley Heights when the time comes later this year. The other pair (speculative) may be new fire frequencies. Don't know what ever happened to the plan to go trunked.
