I dug an old busted antenna out of the scrap pile to see what it looked like inside. It's a Super Stationmaster, but the label is too beat up to glean any more information from. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1378494097.715817.jpg

It WAS a one piece antenna in the 17-19' range with a single support near the center. It had folded over and broke in two places. After cutting it at the bends and just above the and chucking the old fiberglass I was left with an aluminum base with a large copper pipe exiting from the top and 7 smaller copper pipes around 29.5"(I only measured one and assume they are all the same). They are wired together in what I think is called a phase reversal pattern where every other section is in continuity. More pics to follow. I'm assuming there is something interesting in the base as well.

Hey milkman, you have any serial number sources? It still has a very readable SN inside the base. I'm just curious as to what frequency it used to support. We currently communicate on an 800MHz freq. Before my time there, they used something in the 440/460/480MHz area. We use radio for more than phone communications though, so it could be for any sort of other use.

Thank you for the video!

Were the connections already broken, or did they come apart during disassembly?
