Supreme Court Justice in Martinsburg

Around 12:45pm I heard the Berkeley County Sheriff's Dept stating an escort was needed for a "camo blazer" entering WV from MD on I-81. About 1pm I heard them talking about "3 Secret Service vehicles scouting the route" and the vehicle with the "Supreme Court Justice" was on the exit ramp. Later traffic mentioned a "2 hour service" and a local funeral home. Looks like this is concerning the funeral of a United States District Judge / Army Brig. General who passed way this week.

probably the traffic we heard last night for the C-5 to turn around was related to this. I should have left my 996T in search mode for the fed freqs.
