Anyone know if the Sussex County Sheriff Dept.took over patrol of Sussex Boro.today 1/1/07?

I haven't heard anything about that at all. I know that the Sheriff's dept spends time up there. they do have a traffic division. I will ask around.

Yea ,someone reported hearing NJSP working there last night,so it might be Sussex County BS,again.

from what I have been told is they are going to be there part time. Something like 20 hours a week. I will get definate confirmation when I go to work friday afternoon but I got this info from a fellow dispatcher. Wont hear much from the Sherrif's dept cause they are digital alot of the time.

20 Hrs.a week! Thats less then 3 Hrs.a day!You can spend that much time sitting at the light at 565 & 23.
