I didn't think that Broadcastify archives files "within seconds" I thought it was more like thirty minutes.

They went digital in 2015 on this system: Niagara County Public Safety System Trunking System, Niagara County, New York

I don't know which app for the audio, sorry.
Niagara Falls PD and FD are not digital. They operate on a conventional analog repeater. Niagara County implemented a patch onto their P25 TRS last year, presumably improving interoperability within the county. Niagara Falls is one of the county's last "hold outs" of analog and conventional in emergency services in the county.

While I anticipate them to transition "soon", I just don't know when "soon" is. Niagara Falls Fire has been sporting APX's for a year or so now, and Niagara Falls PD I have recently noticed some to be using XTS1500's (possibly "leftovers" from when many of the Niagara County agencies upgraded to APX's), and possibly some APX4k's. However, (per one local news Facebook photos), I have recently seen officers is still running an old, analog only, Kenwood radio, further supporting my suspicions.

Just to make sure I didn't miss something, I fired up DSD+ real quick while typing this, NFPD is still being simulcasted onto Niagara County TG 232. Monitoring them on their analog channel; it is still very active as of tonight.

Was it a police or fire call? If it was fire related, its possible that they were using the TwoToneDetect function on IAmResponding.
Police related, maybe they were monitoring or retrieving the history on the Niagara County Fire Wire YouTube page? The YouTube live feed has only a few second delay.

Thanks for clearing that up @andyk62990 . Come to think of it, I am still hearing NFFD Dispatch up here in Toronto almost daily. So, @tatman35753 I think you know who you have to contact for reliable County info.

I'm starting to see Niagara falls city police sport the apx4000 so I would assume the patch is for them to have interport with their conventional analog freq

I started noticing that a few months ago too. I haven't noticed many, if any, unknown RID's affiliating with that TG yet. It's been a few weeks since I monitored them, but last I knew, their users weren't using the TRS, and remaining on their analog channel

Yes still transmitting on analog but seems they will be going digital as soon as everyone gets new radios
