Yep, heard about this back in Jan i think it was. Lincoln county declined to be part of this, as well as a few other other counties, so it became the SWMN 6 study because out of the original ten they wanted to include only six were willing to even consider it. Other counties said no way due to budget and wanting to stay seperate. They didnt do this study for free.
