Boy, I'm confused. What scanner/radio are you trying to program. Some scanners only require the control frequencies to be programmed. Again more info. would help people determine how to help you here [sic] activity that you want to here [sic].

Sorry

Sorry, can't really help with fleetmap as I didn't set it up in my scanner. Wasn't really interested in the TAC system so only put in the control frequencies and let it search. I have done some Search and Store for TAC as well. But that is it. My work place does use TAC and I have done a Close Call feature and picked up their input freqs. so have input these in a different location and just scan as conventional scan. I haven't looked at the manual for over 5 years so maybe someone else can help with fleetmap.

Setting up the 396T for the Tac Mobility System

From the very beginning here are the steps for the 396T:

Go to: Program System ---> Select System (Scroll down to "New System") ---> Under "Select Sys Type" Highlight MOT push "Yes"--->Scroll to 800MHz Standard push "Yes" ---> Confirm "Yes"

From here you can set the frequencies and groups you want ---> then under "Edit Sytstem Option" or "Edit Sys Option" as on the screen, there is a heading (the 6th one down when you scroll down in this menu that says "Edit Fleet Map" ---> Select "Custom" then the heading will say "Block 0" so you simply highlight and select the sizecode you desire by scrolling and hitting your "yes" button, and this will then move you on to "Block 1" and so you'll repeat the process you used in "Block 0" in selecting your sizecode again, which will take you to "Block 2"

I hope this is helpful!

Any more questions, just ask :)
