Hello,
I'll start by saying this is my first posting here, thank you admins for running such an amazing resource!
My problem is with this feed:
https://www.broadcastify.com/listen/feed/26523
When this feed went online it was broadcasting the surveillance channel (ch.3) for the Las Cruces Police Department (https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=391). The owner of the feed was contacted and he corrected the issue.
This feed is still broadcasting SWAT transmissions, as well as CID.
Incidents with SWAT deployments happened on Oct. 15 and Oct. 21, I was able to verify this feed was broadcasting SWAT audio using my own uni-trunker deployment and a friends handheld radio shack unit. I contacted the feed owner via facebook after the first incident on Oct. 15 and as of oct. 21 the issue remains unresolved. I have audio recordings of the Oct 15 incident, and can pinpoint individual communications of the SWAT radios.
This guy doesn't seem to take this very seriously, this feed goes downstream to all the cell phone scanner apps and their user activity will spike during SWAT incidents. The Police Department has been notified on this issue as well, and has changed their radio communication habits.
Thank you for your time,
-Reese
