I have my BC796D on search, and came across talk group 1744, was just wondering who uses this. if anyone can get back to me on who it is let me know. It sounds like a police force is monitoring someone close to the 6 Nations Reserve..

First of all, keep in mind that this forum covers all of Eastern Canada. Please be a little more specific about which system you are talking about.

Take a look at:

Scanner Frequencies: Bell Fleetnet - Ontario Provincial Government Zone 1 Trunking System, Southwest Zone, Ontario

and you'll find it belongs to CISO. Chances are it's the OPP using it but it could involve other agencies as well since it's a Joint Forces talkgroup.

ok, sorry, found out who it was, the OPP were following some one around 6 Nations Reserve.
