talk group

i can not seem to find a name for this talk group that is used by
some drug or other inforcement group the talk grounp is 2784
and looks like some type of west valley under cover ops ch
if we could name the ch for our use and not post it on the net
then they will not go digital or encrept it

i have a new talk group 2784 show up alot lately and can not find a nam for it.
west valley pd dose use it however
