Tallmadge OH PD trunking

I just got a BC246T and don't have a clue as to how to obtain subject's frequencies/trunking ids.

Can anyone help?

The BC246T isn't going to work on the Summit County system. The BC246T is Analog only while the Summit County system (Tallmadge PD/Fire/EMS) are all digital.
