There is at least one VHF 4 channel plan, and two different UHF plans. One is a 4 channel UHF plan and the other is a 6 channel plan. In fact, I have worked off-duty at one store that was VHF when I started several years back, but they eventually upgraded to the 4 channel UHF plan when they became Target Greatland,. Then they tore that store down and re-built as a Super Target and are using the UHF 6 channel plan.

What city and Target store number?

Different stores use different frequencies throughout the country.

JASII says there's a six channel UHF plan, I'd like to see what that might be. Anyway, here's what most, if not all, Target stores use here in South Florida:

461.0375 DPL 026 - F1 Primary/Announcements
466.2875 DPL 032 - F2 Secondary/Backroom
469.4875 DPL 047 - F3 Assets Protection/Security
462.9125 DPL 065 - F4 Executive Team/Store Manager

The first channel is by far the most active. The employees will often switch to channel 2 and use it like a chit chat channel amongst themselves, almost as if it were a private telephone line.

Some stores used to use VHF high band, mostly 151.625 with a PL tone of 179.9, but the ones that used VHF have now switched to the UHF plan shown above.

The store near me uses two freqs 467.xxx (they have more licensed, but that's all I've ever heard). They are clearly listed in the FCC data base- do a wildcard search for the licensee "Target"

In case anyone's wondering, they're using Motorola CLS1410 business band 4 ch radios. OfficeMax, Some BestBuys, Targets (wel, duh), Some Walmarts, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister Clothing, and many restaraunts as well.

Seems to be a new popular model. I own 3 and they're not the best quality, but they work.

Voodoo, give the city (town) and store number; this will make it much easier to pinpoint your request.

461.0375 S - Target UHF Channel 1 (Store Operations) - DPL 026
466.2875 S - Target UHF Channel 2 (Backroom Checks) - DPL 032
469.4875 S - Target UHF Channel 3 (Security) - DPL 047
462.9125 S - Target UHF Channel 4 (Security) - DPL 065

and

151.6250 S - Target VHF Channel 1 (Store Operations) - PL 179.9 Hz
151.9550 S - Target VHF Channel 2 (Backroom Checks) - PL 179.9 Hz
151.9250 S - Target VHF Channel 3 (Security) - DPL 506
151.8950 S - Target VHF Channel 4 (Security) - DPL 506

The VHF channel plan was confirmed by a former Target employee. There's also an alternate UHF channel plan (I think it's 6 channels).
