Looking for taxi frequencies in Philadelphia for Conventional or trunking systems

They are scattered all over. some are on the new digital business trunking systems. (DMR, NXDN)
The Sunshine LTR's are your best bet to try. (Since they are conventional)

they used to be on Sunshine heavily, till the digital stuff came around.

Scan from 150- 151 MHz. From Central NJ I can pick up at least one that operates around 150.87. Best time to listen is during rush hours.

150.87 is almost an exact match for 3 of the LTR's LCN's listed above.. not to mention the 150-151 MHz range! IDK

75 percent of the companies are on the sunshine system. Yellow cab uses encrypting on a icom idas system. City cab uses a 220mhz trunk system. But keep in mind they use mdt computers city wide for most dispatching.
