I am having problems receiving THP. I have full signal bars but they don't stay constant like the VA STARS Radio System did before they went Fully Encrypted. Not sure if I have something programmed wrong or what's going on. I live in cedar bluff VA and connected by an outdoor antenna pointing towards Bristol VA. I cann receive Johnson County Sheriffs Office VHF without any issues. Feel free to make changes to the attached file. I have a Whistler TRX2.

I don't have any compatible software to look at your config files, but this doesn't change what we've already discussed in November. You're likely not going to be able to reliably monitor THP on TACN from Cedar Bluff, VA. Prior thread on subject

VHF 150MHz travels further than 700MHz Signals you have very little options. Flat land and 30 air miles is pushing the normal limits of 700MHz
1 Move Closer to TN. Most exspensive
2 Put up 180 Foot Rohn 25G tower and buy 1 5/8 Andrews Hardline. Cheaper option
3 Use Broadcastify and listen online. Free
