Anyone in the area who had been monitoring the Texas City or Galveston area? Do you hear much traffic on the Texas City talkgroups? So far, after monitoring the frequencies and TG's provided in the RR database, I have not been hearing any activity for Texas City. Maybe they are using a different system then what is published?

You mentioned 853.300 in your other thread... that is the control channel for the Texas City "roamer" site. Roamer sites only carry out-of-area talkgroups. You need to be monitoring the GC Simulcast site, 1-54. You also need Phase II capability, which I don't think DSD+ provides.

Yeah, I have my DSD+ system up and running great. I will have TC back online once I edit the CC. Best $40 in hardware ever spent

Just be aware that a lot more agencies in Galveston County are using Phase II either fully or in mixed mode than are documented here, so if your setup goes quiet they may be transmitting TDMA.

yeah, I do seem to be missing some. I think some tuning might be needed, along with updating the database for anything we can get.
