Have had hits on this TG over the past year. Most of the timejust small talk between people, with no info of who or where they are. In December 2007 it was used for the Ogden City Christmas Parade. My guess is it belongs to Ogden City Park and Rec., but I still do not have a lot of info on this one to say it is park and rec yet.
