GM was kind enough to share his file and get me rolling. There are still 437804784 things I am trying to learn but haven't had time to fiddle around with the scanner to program other channels. I will be picking up a discone outdoor antenna today or tomorrow and I hopefully will here some new things (currently using 800 mhz rubber duckie).
