I checked out the link you provided and according
to one of the readers of who posted a comment,
they are now going to be Air Evac 65.
I heard them on the radio just now and they did indeed ID as AIR EVAC 65.

Lifestar 5 in Glen Rose is now Air Evac 69.
Only Sherman, Greenville and Decatur designate their birds as "Lifestar" Air Evac is the owner of lifestar (and has been for many years). The rep who goes to all the events to promote the Air Evac Lifeteam citizen enrollment plan was saying recently they were changing the call sign to make it easier on the dispatchers and make it less easy for some ears to decipher who is who. However if you go to AE's website, each Bird has a map of it coverage area along with the AE designator. Still its odd not to hear LIFESTAR-1 anymore. This will surely mess all the VFD's up.
