ive been eyeing mobile scanners for a while now, with 20 banks of 50 channels each, depending on the price, i think this may be my new scanner

Be sure you don't need a digital scanner in your area! I checked and Omaha is P25!

yep, douglas and washington counties are both p25, and they both border the county i live in, ive already thought about this, i said the next scanner i buy WILL be digital, but then i changed that to the next handheld scanner i buy will be digital, i just want a mobile to get me by for now, im tired of always carrying the handheld in and out, then forgetting it sometimes.....
