Its working fine. An incorrect CTTS tone got programmed into my scanner essentially disabling proper reception of the channel.
I suspect the source of my problem is somehow related to using FreeScan to upload the programming, and sometimes, somehow the CTTS/DCS entries get out of sync with the frequencies. I've seen this before recently, but not enough to see any sort of pattern as to why/how it happens.
