The Dover PD will most likely use ch 4, which is their event channel. Expect all of dispatch to be encrypted, as usual. Each officer that is operating on 4 for the parade will use encryption if they have it on. It will be worth listening to the FD and PD 4. If anyone else has a good channel, post it here. OC Sheriff doesn't really talk much, or do much with the parade.
FD channel 6 will be active for the parade.
