There is a rather lengthy thread regarding tone-outs over on the scanfan forum. Do a search of that forum. There hasnt been any activity on that thread for a while, but there is a good chance that what you're looking for is there.

I don't know the tones, but just from listening on VHF I think they have at least 4 different tones.

Station 1 (Anoka)
Station 2 (Champlin)
General Alarm (Both stations)
Duty Officer

I believe the Duty Officer tone is the one that is a single long tone, the others are all 2 tones.

I can do a Tone Search with my Uniden Bearcat BCD996XT? Are they dispatched by Anoka County on 154.280 or Hennepin County on 154.285?

So far I have heard:

-Coon Rapids Rescue Station 3: Tone A: 368.7 hZ Tone B: 457.7 hZ

-Andover Fire Station 1: Tone A: 511.1 hZ Tone B: 538.8 hZ

-Columbia Heights Rescue: Tone A: 480.5 hZ Tone B: 483.4 hZ

I also compare what is decoded to the Midian Chart http://www.midians.com/pdf/tone_signaling.pdf

So really it is

-Coon Rapids Rescue Station 3: Tone A: 368.5 hZ Tone B: 457.9 hZ

-Andover Fire Station 1: Tone A: 510.5 hZ Tone B: 539.0 hZ

-Columbia Heights Rescue: Tone A: 483.5 hZ Tone B: 483.5 hZ

Policechaser, do you have a Uniden Bearcat with Fire Tone Out capability so that you can try these and verify what I have found?

I parked on 154.280 overnight and my ARC-XT PRO logged a number of pairs of tones, but it sounds like you have no real use for these then? I will clear the log later unless somebody is interested in this information.

Here are some logged pairs from over the weekend. Anoka County Central Communications seems to hit the 1000 hZ Alert Tone first and then the trip the pager tones. These are the actual logged hits. If someone wants to work with these they should compare to the Midian Chart first, correct to the standard tones, and then enter these in a 396/996X or XT to see what departments are being paged on these. I ran this while I was sleeping and away from home, so although they are tones that were transmitted, I don't know which departments they are for.

A : 329.6Hz / B : 433.2Hz
A : 365.5Hz / B : 368.4Hz
A : 352.1Hz / B : 349.2Hz

Anoka Champlin Fire Station 1 (Anoka)

Anoka County Central Communications just toned out Anoka Champlin Fire Station 1 (Anoka) on

A : 321.2Hz / B : 422.1Hz

The call was for the City of Anoka. When I look at the tone chart that translates to:

A : 321.7Hz / B : 422.1Hz

Now I guess that this begs the question, what other pairs do they have or use? Could they have one more set for Station 2 in Champlin? Could they have different sets for All Call, Chiefs, Duty Crews? Anyway, that is what I have found so far for Anoka Champlin Fire. Is anybody here able to confirm that the tones I have decoded are correct?

This popped up for Bethel Rescue:

A : 539.0Hz / B : 410.8Hz

This popped up for Centennial Duty Officer:

A : 433.7Hz / B : 433.7Hz

Another one possibly for Centennial, but I didn't catch which station. It looks like they have three stations. Based on units checking in I suspect it is for Station 3.

A :1231.7Hz / B :1742.7Hz
