tones on araapahoe dispatch

Today at 1703 I was paused with my Pro-2096 on the arapahoe dispatch channel and I heard three low pitched tones. they were just like fire tones but much lower pitched. Nobody said anything after the tones. Does anyone know what they were.

Today at 1703 I was paused with my Pro-2096 on the arapahoe dispatch channel and I heard three low pitched tones. they were just like fire tones but much lower pitched. Nobody said anything after the tones. Does anyone know what they were.

Some police agencies issue those tones before putting the channel on emergency traffic only, also some have tones that automatically air in the background when the channel is on emergency traffic but I think that's mainly conventional not DTRS.
