I will be heading up to the Toronto Airshow this year for the first time in MANY years. I would like to bring my scanner with me. I will be heading across the border Sunday night and attending Monday. Does anyone have a list of frequencies I can program into my scanner? I had a full list from years ago but lost the file due to a computer crash. I will be doing the programming via PC Sunday night. thanks very much.

253.1 was decommissioned at Toronto quite a few years ago along with all but one en route UHF frequency at CYYZ/CZYZ. 234.8 was a temporary installation in our portable control tower which is no longer used at the CIAS. Also, there are no permanent UHF frequencies located at CYTZ (City Centre Airport) so you're most likely to only hear UHF activity on certain acts' discrete frequencies.

Cheers!

Snowbirds were on 272.100 and 333.300 the other day. Should be a F22 demo flyover. Heard them going to Toronto the other day also.

The Snowbirds have also used both 116.0 and 117.0 in the past, although not usually at Toronto due to interference near the CN Tower. Not unusual for the solos to be there though.

Thank you Bob. I’ll enter them in just in case.

Harvards were coordinating on 122.12

Actually, attached is my airshow scanner list. This list has been collected from attending for many years. I'm sure many of the channels aren't used anymore, but I keep them in there just the same just in case.

I wasn't there the whole day today (left just before the F22), but I did hear people on:

ISLAND - 188.20
BOSS - 119.20
SHOWRDR - 123.10
SHOWPA - 123.60
F16-3 - 376.025
HVRD - 122.12

In your list 121.7 should be tagged YTZ Ground and for accuracy 122.12 should be 122.125 of course.

Wow no 272.1!? Thank you. I was gonna program my old pro-107 for the show but it’s a piece of crap. I’ll be throwing all the frequencies in my GRE PSR 800.
