Toronto/Canada - Uniden BC785 scanner - looking for mem files

I'm looking to rediscover my scanner again after not using it for years.

I live in Eastern Canada and using the BC785 Uniden scanner with card and using the Butel ARC250 software.

I'm looking for anyone that might be able to send me the mem file for anything available in Toronto Ontario Canada
