Does the TFS use any of the following convential frequencies anymore?? Are they worth programming into my scanner for a visit to TO?

Not sure if these are still in use. Since it's only a few freqs, it won't hurt to stick 'em in your scanner. I've been listening to the FD on the trunked system. They are divided into North, South, East and West Command Talkgroups. Where will you be visiting from ? Hope you enjoy your stay.

Yes they do.
I have definitely heard Fireground 2 ,3, and 5 used in the past since Toronto Fire went trunked.
