I have heard guys mention landmarks and RED apparatus around TPIA on this frequency. Sounds like doing checks around the TPIA Fire Halls.

If the comms on the old VCOM system they used previously is any indicator, there's nothing "top secret" happening on there. But given that AES is essentially a free option these days, I don't blame them for using it.
