The only Total Transportation that has an FCC license in that name is in Elmira.

They are probably on the East Mountain DMR or the OneVoice DMR system. Looked like UHF antennas and the audio sounded digital the last time I saw one of those buses. Never had much interest in searching them out.

Your best bet is probably OneVoice network. They have alot of unidentified buses/transportation talk groups.

Generally, on these DMR systems its very hard to track down the exact talkgroup based on voice traffic and activity alone. Especially if the transportation company covers a wider area.

I havent realy seen any new activity on the east mountain DMR system or NYCOMCO. The East mountain System basically went silent over the past summer because there aren't a ton of users.

I would try the NYCOMCO Connect Plus system. I have seen XPR mobiles with NYCOMCO labels in their busses. One of their channels is labeled "Spackenkill" from what I saw on the display..
