Over the last two days, there has been a ton of radio traffic on the vermilion and turkey ridge talk groups. Most of the traffic I heard was from HP and MC units. I know troopers are HP, but what are the MC units? Also have been hearing traffic from the midway scale. Sounds like the state is doing a big thing with semis. Also heard some big wigs in town. HP 2 and HP 5 stopping bypasses. Must be trucks not stopping at the weigh stations.
