Has anyone heard of a company called "Wireless Holdings" ?

According to their web site, they are releasing an SDR-based mobile unit that is tri-band, and supports C4FM, D-Star, DMRPlus, P25 and NXDN in the future. It can also do voice over LTE and FM.

They've been around for a few years and make some neat stuff to play with. I have a UHF DV4Mini and plug it into a Raspberry Pi and use my cell phone for internet--mobile linking. The new radio has been pending for quite some time. Their products have a use for some, not for others--depends on what you want. Kinda cool that you can have a digital handheld on the east coast and talk to someone located elsewhere on the planet for that low of a price. I believe it's a German company that makes them and Wireless holdings in Naples FL has the US selling rights. I met the at the Dayton Hamvention...nice folks. Check out YouTube for videos of their stuff so you can see for yourself how they work.

ND5Y...do you ship BBQ from Circle H in Burk? I haven't had any for 10 years.

This radio was supposed to be out 2-3 years ago. More vapor ware. They bought surplus Kydera CDM-550 chassis/display units, & were supposed to assemble them into their multi mode digital radios. Notice the resemblance?
