I just went through and added a handful of Trinity's Radio ID's in use here in Torrington. Any corrections would be greatly appreciated! Portables for the cars seem to be rotated around, as during shift change the field personnel report which portables they have to Dispatch, however the portables are usually assigned to specific cars. It's pretty much anyone's guess at which radio is a portable and which is a mobile.

DSDPlus displays the over the air aliases.

EMS portables are all labeled "EMS Pxxx" where the xxx is 1-100+
Wheelchair car portables are WC Pxxx
Mobiles are Medic 4, Medic 7, Car 23, Car 5, etc
There are also a few names, likely admin with issued radios

Unfortunately I'm not having any luck, I get audio every once in a while that seems to only be from the dispatching center, but group entries and radios are not logged or showing up under the current groups or current radios tab, nor are aliases. I've attached the relevant DSD files in the zip. I have no prior experience with DSDPlus. Here is the command line for FMP24: FMP24 -rc -i0 -o20001 -P0.0 -f461.8125 -g30
all the "records" load successfully. Please let me know if you need any other information.

just put the CC in the frequencies file, the program does not need all the channel info for this system as it is in the data stream.
TIIIStd,L13,2.2,317,451.9625,0.0,0
The second one may be incorrect but I havent monitored that site in a while
Be sure your bandwidth is 7.6 (b key), also that you have a decent signal without putting the gain all the way up.
It would help if you can post a screen shot of the program running. Be sure to include FMPx window, Channel activity window and Event log window.

That did the trick! All three freqs are listed as control channels, I took your advice and changed my entry from the 461.8125 to 451.9625 and bingo, we've got it! Signal is fairly good, I've adjusted the gain as well. The signal does drop fairly often but that's probably just due to antenna location. I do have audio now, and I am receiving calls and ID's etc. I've also got the Talker Aliases, well one so far anyways which is exciting! As I'm continuing to type this reply, I just received Car 28's alias as well. How does that work anyways? Does DSD need time to "adjust" to the system? Where would I also go about seeing affiliations? Audio quality is fairly poor however still able to be understood, but it's also not particularly stellar on my Uniden scanner either. Sorry for the 20 questions, this is exciting, but MOST IMPORTANTLY thank you very much cg for your help. I appreciate it!

All looks good, glad it is working for you. You just need to let it run for a while (weeks or months). If you look at the aliases in DSDPlus, You see something like:
TIIIStd, L13, 6685973, 6693902, 50, Normal, 10, 2025/05/01 0:14, *"Medic 7"
TIIIStd, L13, 6685974, 6693917, 50, Normal, 46, 2025/04/17 4:46, *"40 Port"
The asterisk indicates the program is using the alias that is sent over the air. It is checked every time that radio talks, which can result in scrambled or odd aliases. By removing the asterisk and editing the alias, you can make it say what you want. The two examples above can become this:
TIIIStd, L13, 6685973, 6693902, 50, Normal, 10, 2025/05/01 0:14, "Trinity Medic 7"
TIIIStd, L13, 6685974, 6693917, 50, Normal, 46, 2025/04/17 4:46, "Trinity Portable 40"
The downside is an alias change will not be seen by the program if you "lock" the alias this way.

I am able to get a couple strong sites and see 4 talkgroups for Trinity. I have accumulated around 100 radios with good aliases on 50 or so.

Fantastic!! Thank you again, I really appreciate it a lot! I just updated the HDN ID's list and will continue to update it as new aliases come in and I verify them. I'll be checking out the CLMRN tomorrow as well for the first time on SDR, can't wait! I hope you have a great evening, take care!
