As far as I know, none of the MSHP dispatch-side transmitters are repeaters.

Most troops have remote transmitters located throughout the areas they cover and are operated by either wireline, fiber or microwave.

FCC Callsign KAA243 Details

Troop D seems to operate different than other troops as far as radio goes. Instead of simulcasting the same transmission over the various transmitters, they seem to operate only the transmitter nearest the officer.
The end result is a lot less radio traffic on any given transmitter.

Occasionally you might pick up a mobile repeater (extender) which will sound like a scratched phonograph record......I pick them up on 154.905 here.....but they seem to be listed on other frequencies as well.

I've noticed that some (possibly all) of the weigh scale houses are licensed as repeaters, but have never heard them used as such.
