Im a newbie and did something and now I dont have any files in my Library. Is there any way to get everything back to factory

Go to the Updates tab in TRX-1 EZ Scan software and Check for Library Update. On the Baldwin County trunked system. any talkgroup with a Mode of DE is encrypted and cannot be received by any scanner.
