Bell FleetNet is a Motorola Type II system. It requires that you have the proper custom trunking tables to work. If you attach your configuration file, I will be happy to take a look at it to check for programming errors.

I need to see your programming file. In TRX-1 EZ-Scan, go to the File tab and click on Save Current Configuration to Archive. Give that file a name rather than a CDAT number and save it. In your post, click on Attach files and open the saved file.

The first thing I notice is that you have the wrong system type for Bell FleetNet. You have it programmed as Project 25 when it should be Motorola. Which zones are you monitoring and which are your closest sites? I want to change the system type to Motorola and make sure your sites are setup correctly with the proper bandplan.

I found that you have 2 copies of the same Bell FleetNet file which are somehow locked together. I was able to change the first system type to Motorola. The second copy cannot be changed to Motorola or deleted. I also found that if you delete sites or talkgroups from the Project 25 system, they are also deleted from the Motorola system. I located the custom bandplan for the system and added it to all of the Motorola system sites. Please let me know if it scans OK now. Once you open the file in TRX-1 EZ-Scan, lockout the Project 25 system for Bell FleetNet. I locked out the system to prevent it from scanning but found that when I reloaded the file, the Motorola system was locked out and the Project 25 system was not. Strange things are happening. Give this file a try:

I believe that your problem is a corrupted file. When I removed the scan lists from the talkgroups in the Project 25 system, it also removed the scan lists in the Motorola system. Are you able to delete the Project 25 system on your computer? If not, you are going to need to start over from scratch. Program only the Bell FleetNet system with just the talkgroups you want and your local sites. If it doesn't work, I will make the necessary changes and then we can try it again. I don't know how you did it, but the 2 Bell FleetNet systems are somehow linked together.

Unexplainable problems like this can sometimes be caused by a bad SD Card. If you have a spare card, I suggest swapping it out before doing any programming.

UPDATE: New Laptop/ New Micro SD Card
You only need to format the old SD card using EZ-Scan "Prepare SD card for use" and it will work again. For some reason TRX scanners sometimes corrupt its file system on the SD card, especially if you have audio recordings enabled. It's a software problem in the SD card and not hardware. I did some manual editing directly on the scanner and a totally different system got corrupted and I could then no longer read it when I moved the SD card to an external reader.

If I program using a USB cable connected to the scanner or edit directly on it, then problem happens. If I remove the SD card and use a SD card reader then I haven't seen any problem. TRX-1 have a much better SD card holder compared to Unidens portable scanners so there's no issue to move the card to an external reader for programming.
